在葉芝的眼里，生命是一個(gè)過(guò)程，正如詩(shī)歌一樣。當(dāng)你青春年少時(shí)，生命就象枝葉婆娑的綠樹(shù)，在夏日的流風(fēng)中歡快地歌唱，快樂(lè)卻缺乏思想的沉淀;而當(dāng)你年老了，你的生命枝葉現(xiàn)出繁華落盡的凋零，但是你遒勁的枝干，通過(guò)根蒂和大地緊密相連，那就是你的根本所在，這種對(duì)生命的認(rèn)識(shí)，只有在生命最后才能真正領(lǐng)悟。
